The original ethos of WMDC is to support start-up businesses, whilst offering a pathway to grow in size whilst remaining in the borough with a fair landlord and high-quality units and office accommodation. We aim to support the economic regeneration of the borough by creating opportunities for business and employment growth. The company currently owns /manages 19 office and industrial sites within Wigan, Leigh and Atherton and are constantly scouring the market to develop further. With this in mind, we have an exciting project currently in progress which will create more opportunities for business in the Borough. We have sourced land from the Council, adjacent to the existing Linstock Way Industrial Estate site which we manage on behalf of Wigan Council. This has enabled WMDC to build 3 brand new industrial units. 2 units approximately 1000 sq.ft with the third slightly larger at 1200 sq.ft, which will be completed around April 2023.

We offer a wide range of business accommodation. We also offer build to let options should you require a new build premises. With extensive knowledge and access to land throughout the Wigan Borough, we are able to assist with rented premises, acquiring land, construction, design and layout of bespoke office and industrial premises.
